Shipping Policy

We proudly ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, via USPS. Orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. qualify for complimentary shipping on purchases of $100 or more (before taxes and additional fees).

To protect the integrity of our candles, orders are dispatched Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed later in the week will ship the following Monday. This schedule helps prevent packages from remaining in transit over the weekend, especially during warmer weather.

Processing & Delivery Time

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your package has been scanned by the carrier, delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your destination. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

Important Information

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. Delivery dates provided by the carrier are estimates and not guaranteed. As a small and growing business, we are unable to replace packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

Because AURUM AURA candles are crafted from natural wax, they are sensitive to prolonged heat exposure. We recommend tracking your shipment and retrieving it promptly upon delivery. If you are away during the day, consider having your package sent to your workplace or another secure location to prevent heat damage.
