At AURUM AURA, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please reach out to us at customer.support@aurumaura.net so we can assist you promptly with a refund, exchange, or replacement.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, please include clear photos along with a detailed explanation in your email.


Return Guidelines

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage in transit. We cannot issue refunds for items that arrive broken.

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number, confirmation email, or receipt).


Shipping & Processing

As a small, growing business, we are unable to reimburse return shipping or handling fees. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3–10 business days.
